From March 6 to 17, 2023, Prima Mabonzo participated in the 67th Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
This year, discussions revolved around the theme of Innovation and Technological Change, and Education in the Digital Age for the Achievement of Gender Equality and the Empowerment of All Women and All girls. Prima Mabonzo has had the privilege of attending several events in person at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Once again, she proudly represented his Business Professional (BPW) organization in Quebec, Canada and also his country of origin, the Republic of Congo.
Despite all the advancements made over the past decades, women still face obstacles. The month of March and the CSW therefore remind us that the fight for women's rights must continue in order to leave a better legacy for the next generation of women.
