KISINA supports female leadership through partnerships with NGOs that fight for the cause of women.
KISINA wants to raise awareness among the population about the value of women-owned businesses in addition to introducing African culture. Which fully represents the foundation of the company.

Female Leadership
Kisina Déco founder Prima Mabonzo supports female leadership through the BPW organization.
B PW is a network of business and professional women in over 100 countries. The organization's mission is to develop women's potential, skills and leadership through:

ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND YOUTH MOBILITY
It is important for Prima to talk about cultural diversity in the field of entrepreneurship, the obstacles encountered when starting Kisina Déco, the reality of part-time entrepreneurs.
Through her story, the founder wishes to mobilize young entrepreneurs and encourage them to achieve their dreams.

EXHIBITION OF CULTURAL COMMUNITIES
The main objective behind the creation of Kisina Déco is to promote the sharing of African culture, art and know-how with the rest of the world.
Moreover, Kisina Déco donates 10% of its income to NGOs which fight to improve the situation of women in Africa.
Prima Mabonzo is also involved in the organization FCCE and 5Bantu for the influence of cultural communities. She is proud to be part of the Black Designers of Canada community whose main goal is to amplify the voices of and support black designers in Canada.
